about me Order

If you would like to order a custom portrait or any other drawing (animals, landscapes etc) please read and follow these steps carefully:

Selecting the photo

1. Choose a high quality photo of the subject (high resolution). You can send 2 or more pictures of the same subject if you are not decided and I will help you pick up the best one. This is the most important step, as it is this photo that will serve as guidance for the drawing. Avoid sending photos of the whole body if you want a portrait drawn, as the photo will be pixelated when zoomed in.

Sending me the photo

2. Attach the picture to an email (make sure you own the copyright to that photo) and send it to refresh if you can read this together with information about:

- the size of the drawing (standard sizes: A4(297 x 210mm / 11.69 x 8.27 inches), A3(420 x 297mm / 16.54 x 11.69 inches), A2(594 x 420mm / 23.39 x 16.54 inches)
- color choice (black and white / colored / other combination)
- any special request about the drawing
- your name
- the address where you want your drawing to be shipped to
Please title the email with your name for easy tracking.
You can also send two or more pictures of different subjects to be drawn into a single drawing. The information you provide is confidential and will not be made public nor will it be sent to third parties.

Payment

3. I will reply to your email informing you of the total price and an estimated date when the drawing will be completed (depending on my workload). For standard prices check out the pricing tab.

4. I will begin working on your drawing as soon as I receive payment of half the total price (via paypal or moneybookers). Keep in mind that this payment is non refundable.

5. I will send you an email with an attached photo of your completed drawing.

Receiving the drawing

6. Once you are happy with the finished drawing and pay the rest of the amount I will ship you the original drawing in a mailing tube (to prevent damage). I also spray the drawing with special fixative to protect it from smudging, but I do advise you to handle it with care as some charcoal or pastel might still come off if pressed against.

If you have any further questions please read the F.A.Q.s
