Information about your drawing: price, shipping and payment. Q: How do I order a custom drawing? A: Go to Order A Drawing and follow the simple steps. Q: How do I pay for a drawing? A: You can pay with paypal or moneybookers. I will send you the payment details once we have agreed on a drawing. Q: I don't have a paypal or a moneybookers account. Can I pay using just my credit/debit card? A: At this time it is not possible to pay with credit/debit card. You must have a paypal or moneybookers account (it's really easy to set up an account). Q: How much will the shipping cost? A: The shipping costs between 10 to 20 euros depending on your location. Q: How much will it take for my drawing to arrive? A: I work on a "first-come first-served" basis. After you send me the email with the picture you want me to draw I will give you an estimated date of completion. Once your drawing is completed I will send it as soon as possible to you via the postal service. Q: Why do I have to pay 50% of the total price in advance? A: This represents the payment for my services. It is non refundable and it prevents people to abuse the service. (For example lots of people submitting pictures for me to draw without ever having the intention of buying). Q: What about the other half of the payment, is that refundable? A: After completion, I will send you a picture of the finished drawing and only after (and if) you are satisfied with it I will ask you to make the rest of the payment. In the (unlikely) event that you are not happy with your original drawing after receving it, you have 7 working days to return it to my adress and I will refund you half the total price minus the shipping fees. Q: Can you draw other things except portraits? If so what are the prices? A: Yes I can. Feel free to submit any picture you want me to draw.
